Ware – Matatabi Packaging & Collateral
Matatabi is the Japanese name for a Asian vine called silver vine (Actinidia polygama) that elicits a euphoric reaction in cats. Not only do more felines react to matatabi than to catnip, but the effect is said to be more intense. Since this was a relatively new product to enter the US market I felt it was important to easily explain what Matatabi was and how it would effect cats.
I decided to use infographics not only on the packaging but on sales collateral as well, sell sheets that our sales people would hand out at trade shows. This was Ware’s first use of infographics and this project was the start of using it with more products and trade show displays later on.
